About Berkford Place

Berkford Place was originally designed and built by Spring Park Builders in 2002.  This small and friendly community consists of 68 single family homes and is located in the Citrus Park area of Tampa.  Shopping, schools and nature parks are in a close vicinity.  The airport is just minutes away via the Veterans Parkway putting this community in the heart of Northwest Tampa.
